I think it's if MSU has 5 four star recruits by the time the OSU game comes around, WIO is banned for (don't know how long)? If not...engie is banned.

Him and engie made a ban bet that said State wouldn't have five 4*s by the start of summer camp. The loser is banned til their team wins their first game.

State has to have 5 total 4* by the time fall camp starts or Engie is banned until State wins it's first game. WIO gets the same if they do get 5 4*

It's looking like engie will lose, although WIO have him a lot better odds in some way that I can't remember.
