The dude is the biggest flirt in basketball coach history. Even if we gave the guy $6,000,000 a year he would be "listening" to other jobs every single year. For that alone you go Crean who has a track record of success, longevity, and loyalty. Mizzou is a good program. But there are at least a dozen great programs that would come after him every year.
