Congratulations on hiring a very good defensive coach defiantly one of the top 3, I believe that I would grade your hiring A- to a B+ and what I have heard about your offensive coordinator, you will be well pleased

Exactly. Kirby has been riding off Saban''s coattail. Being a good Coordinator does not equal being a good coach.
