uuum no. this is a legit thread, but because of all the harbaugh > saban threads it isn't taken seriously. That and there is an average IQ of 90 on this board.
at no point in this thread have i compared saban to harbaugh. Only that harbaugh's NFL success is probably catching nick saban's attention.

After looking back over it, i may have jumped the gun. Although it's been discussed a lot already, it's a legit question. He really has cemented himself as the best in CFB and the only thing left would be to see if he can replicate his results in the NFL. I have my doubts though--heck, he may never leave the college game. It would kind of tarnish his prestige to have won NC's with a couple of teams, be arguably the best coach in CFB, then tank in the NFL

Saban will always know he couldn't do it on the big stage where there are no built in advantages.

I don't think it would tarnish his reputation if he went and tanked in the nfl.
