We can't lose a series from here on out, and a sweep of Alabama would help even more.

I believe that is 2 runs off of 5 bases loaded with less than 2 out situations for the weekend...not beating the best team in the SEC with that production. Good series Vandy.

Not a surprising outcome. State hadn't won a series against anyone worth a crap all year and still hasn't.

Vandy has swept damn near everyone this year. They are just a very good team. They could easily win the CWS

Sounds like wishful thinking. Vandy's postseason history of course isn't anything close to any of the other SEC historical powerhouses but the only year that could be considered an underachievement was 2007.
Anything less than Omaha this year would be an obvious disappointment.
