Get this season started off right, fellas.

To be the best conference, we, as a conference, have to win our out of conference games whether it's against WKU, UNC, Oklahoma, Wisconsin.

Come to conference games, we can go back to hating each other, but I think we'd all like to see our conference start out 14-0 this weekend.

fricking this. All the "OMG i cant wait too see (a&m, USC or Bama) get there asses kicked!!1" stuff is so short-sighted. Out-of-conference wins by one SEC team is good for the other 13. I'm rooting for the conference in all 48 of them.

It has nothing to do with conference pride. I want all you SOB's riding high rankings into your arse kicking. The better they think the conference is, the better they think we all are individually. Short sighted dumbass.

Vandy and South Carolina aren't gonna have high rankings anyway when we play them, so IDGAF.

Do hope Arkansas is undefeated when we play though.

As an Aggie fan, I can see how you got confused

Conference pride is NOT the same as Gay Pride

Both will lose.As for the big match ups.I got Wisconsin in ugly upset,Auburn,Texas A&M. I think Alabama will be a trainwreck on offense.Remind me of 2008 Auburn. They lack depht on offense and still have no pass rush threat for duel qb teams.Unless there sandbagging the qb issue yikes. What did it for me was the video of Barnett crashing into Henry on a hand off and media saying qbs look horrible in practice.

Amen

Only the most cynical and bitter fans will not be pulling for other programs within the conference to win their OOC games.

Conference games, that's another story. Rivalries and standings play into who I am pulling for and who I am not come time for the SEC slate to be played. I've got my favorite teams within the conference I usually pull for outside of Carolina, but it always comes down to standings and pecking order once the games are actually played, for me at least.

Exactly. Nothing good comes of Alabama losing to Wisconsin. But if Alabama lost to Georgia, that would likely be good for other West schools like Ole Miss. It's just people who are "look how big of a fan I am! I hate my rival so much I hope they lose every game!" people that root against fellow conference teams in the OOC.

With that said, do us all a favor and beat the shite out of the Tar Heels

If Vanderbilt can't beat WKU at home, I give up on humanity

Outside of a few teams I support the SEC in OOC games. Don't want anti-SEC idiots getting material to back up their yapping.

Thanks for the Gameday luck. Hopefully this time in a couple of hours the SEC will be 2-0. We'll see for sure! If not, everyone's gonna be laughing at us...no pressure, right?

Cheers tho everyone!
