You really took it to us in the 1st half. LF7 is the real deal, and B Harris played a great game. Congrat's and maybe we can do this again in 7 weeks in ATL if we don't spit the bit.

Nah it's a huge rivalry game so you never go into it expecting and easy win. Ask Uga last year. Uga has a good defense when they get up to play and it will be a big challenge for our offense.

Florida is a very good team, respect earned. Go get that East title, by far the toughest team on that division.

it was clear to me early on that fla was much better than i thought they would be. by the same token, lsu is surprising me as well. all throughout the game, the gators had the look of a talented, well coached team. harris made some fantastic plays. get that o line shored up and he could light up some defenses.

I am very impressed with McElwain. He is the real deal. If LSU gets by Bama I fully expect a rematch in ATL.

I was surprised we passed the ball so effectively. Based on last year, I had a feeling we could, but the way the rest of the secondary had performed up to this game, I thought it could be a big problem. Two touchdowns through the air was crucial to LSU's success.

Thanks for being a worthy opponent and making my possible last game in tiger stadium for a while the most electrifying one I can remember in recent years.

Should being the operative word. Rivalry games can be really surprising though, although I think this year there is clear disparity between teams.
