LSU certainly hasn't been great in basketball...but I'd safely say they have had a better program than Arkansas over the last 20 years or so......that's what is comical.
How many final fours has arky made it to ? How many SEC Titles has arky won? Yes, you were once upon a time a really good program. You haven't resembled that program in MANY years now...going on a few decades...yet here you are still acting as if you are still on top. I would say over the past decade or two, ARKY has been the 7th or 8th best program in the SEC.

I'm pretty sure shutting down j.j. redick and beating Duke in 2006 to make it to the Final Four was a bit more historic. but beating you piggies with a three at the buzzer in front of a sold out arky crowd was a lot of fun to watch nonetheless. Very hard fought game, gotta hand it to both teams in terms of effort. LSU is just better.

am i the only lsu fan that thought we started the final play way too late with like 7 seconds left? haha i was like nooo gray nooo! then hornsby drained it and i was so relieved bc i thought gray was gonna try to drive the lane and get it blocked or throw up some stupid shot. bigtime win in a hostile environment without mickey. clutch win. stop being a bitch armyhogs. geaux tigers!
