Here's to a game with NO EXCUSES and no bullshite calls on either team. I hope both teams play their best game of the year and it's a war.

I hear you - it is definitely time to ignore the stupid "your fans did this" "bit yours did this" idiocy and just enjoy a great football game

The only thing I can say about LSU is that they're the only opponent that has made me nervous coming into a game over the last four years. LSU is really the only opponent where I feel like they have control over Bama when they have a lead. LSU has always run the ball well on Bama and they've certainly done a better job bottling up Bama's running game than any other opponent. They're the one team Bama can never dominate at the line of scrimmage which is why the games are always so close.

Not really this millennium. Figured u would show empathy considering.. Of course u wouldn't understand the bama vs Lsu game. U will relate to arena league though.

For every LSU fan I know, this is hands down everyone's favorite game. Ever since Saban went to Bama this game has vaulted to the most anticipated for LSU fans, especially given Bama's national resurgence under Saban and the pitched recruiting battles.
I hate you sons of bitches but love and look forward to this game more than any other every year.

All of em. I stopped defending our nutjobs a long time ago. I am a huge fan of Alabama, but not a fan of extreme Alabama fans. We have some of the greatest fans in the world, and then we have some who make Will Ferrell in Old School look like Lawrence Welk.
Human nature doesn't change from fanbase to fanbase. You have the same menagerie of misfit personalities - the insecure, the irrational exubarants, the perpetually aggrieved - rooting for every team.
People who recognize this have more in common with one another than they do with other fans of "their" team. This is what Kurt Vonnegut called "granfalloons". I feel a strong kinship with you
Now eat shite and die, BamaTard

This game is incredible and I'm jacked it's finally here.
It just has a different feeling than all the rest, it's intense as hell.

Yep, this one has been great since Saban's arrival at Bama. Two great programs trying to reach Atlanta each year.
Both teams will rush for over a hundred yards today, I'd be surprised if they don't. The passing game will be the difference, the team that can make the big plays in the passing game will most likely win this game. Especially during 3rd and long situations.
Here's to a hard-fought game

Should be a good one. Here's to a no injury, clean and controversy free game. Find out who's the hammer and who's the nail

Do you consider the LSU A&M series boring? Because LSU sure does dominate that one.

This is truly what college football should be.
Two highly talented, well prepared and each with a respectful disdain for the other.
A national stage with incredible implications.
Few other fan bases have ever come close to this sort of "hate"/ respect for their opponent annually as this one.
To classic slobber knocking all out slugfest on the gridiron. Major respect to both squads. Can't wait!

I remember after the 2011 regular season game, Trent Richardson said it was like the Matrix out on the field. Awesome!!!

Appreciate it, we're down this year, but we'll be back competing next year.

Biggest day of SEC football so far this season.
Will be a little ironic if Arkansas somehow beats ole miss and the announcers spend most of the bama/lsu game talking about Arkansas' percentage chance of winning the SEC jumping up to whole numbers.
