This team looks lost and overwhelmed. I was not on the fire Fox bandwagon until earlier this season. Now I'm all in on it. I have no confidence that this team can rally from a 9 point first half deficit. Even worse, the players probably don't either.
Yes, I know it is Kentucky but this isn't one of their juggernauts like 2012 and 2015 where it takes an amazing team to beat them.

He didn't focus on developing his young guards. And he will likely pay the price for it. Even if he's still there next year.

It sounds like Kentucky is finally bringing it from the start and getting aggressive on defense. Hopefully it's the start of a post-season turnaround.

It looks like Frazier is under orders to get other guys good looks. Unfortunately, no one else other than Maten sometimes is a capable shooter.

Maten seems more rusty than hurt and as I've been saying this team is very bad offensively when it tries to waver through "oh we need to play PNR, oh we need to go through the post". Neither is efficient but going through the post does not work for the team well.

Two good players surrounded by a bunch of mediocrity isn't going to get you very far. Guys like Ogbeide and Parker have nice moments, and Crump has shown glimpses, but nowhere near enough help for JJ and Maten. Also, the 3 point shooting on this team is just awful.
That's why Fox needs to go.

If it's a 20 point game when Frazier finally gets going like it appears it will be, it won't matter.
Maten gets a pass because he's rusty and still nowhere near 100%.

Georgia needs to play with Maten at center for a lot of the second half and just play a lot of high PNR. He can play PNR, but for some reason Georgia uses him more as a post up player than in PNR.
