USU also returns 17 starters.

from a 4-8 team

please stop with the "we're playing a top flight team, at home and we're getting manhandled because USU returns 17 starters off a 4-8 team" crapola

Agreed, they have some talent on that team

I agree. What surprises me is that they are holding their own, or better, up front on Auburn.

Sometimes a team just plays just well enough to win a game, but this isn't the case here. I think Utah State is actually a better football team than Auburn. If this was played again, I wouldn't see it any different.

Not a top flight team, but experience can sometimes make the diff. against a more talented opponent.

I get your point man but this isn't about USU and is not meant as a slight on them

But please, they shouldn't be anywhere near close on the scoreboard with a Legit SEC team

4 skill starters did not play last year
their true frosh QB looks better than a few I can think of in the SEC

I love the SEC, but the mouth breathin' blind homerism is pathetic

I know everyone is going to pile on Auburn, and rightfully so, but the Utes or Aggies or w/e are seriously just executing really well, they are the better coached team by far.

They were 2-6 last year and are starting a true FR QB. It only gets worse from here Auburn!
