It was bad. You can make a big deal of it. But the fact is the same.......it didn't have any influence on the outcome.

does anyone have the wide angle overhead view they showed later on?

no doubt Tennessee won't be able to get the Auburn copy of that when game film is exchanged.

The fake indignation being showed tonight is more blatant than what Swain did.

I think your trying a little too hard. It was really a joke and would not be done any other time..

I think you are starting to believe your own bullshite on this one. If you say it and type it enough times, it must be true.

But . . . I just read where Gus said it is not true - no faking.

LINK

I'm sold. Case closed. Gus has so much integrity, it must be true.

I have no dog in this hunt, but I think the injury was legitimate...if you watch Sportscenters version you can see the player walking gimpily across the field and going down...he never re-entered the game...if this was fake why was he not brought back in?

The fake indignation

Speaking of that:

"If you're going to look at rules changes, officials, we need to look at the guys on defense that are faking injuries to slow down these pace teams," Malzahn said in July. "That's an issue of integrity."

I think Auburn's future opponents may have just found their go-to TD celebration move.

I do love Gus' "arms wrapped tight around himself as he thinks, 'Good golly, I hope nobody caught that on film!'" pose, though.

That would actually be pretty funny. Sorta like lampooning the gator chop when you beat Florida, every team starts doing "the knee" if they beat AU.

I have not seen Swain give a single interview either. Jake Holland said he saw him in a walking boot. Which I don't get it, I thought it was his knee.

I'm not that up to date with what Jake Holland said. Where did you find it?
