Did you miss the non-conference schedule Mississippi State played in 2012?

Nope. I edited my previous post with a bit more though. I expect it'll be a cupcake in week 2.

South Carolina wins it next year. You heard it here first. We take care of UNC in the opener and then Georgia at their place and we cruise the rest of the way until Florida comes a callin' ... and we've got them in the Billy Brice next year along with Clemson, Kentucky, Vandy and Miss State.

We return almost everyone - we lose very little and we're bringing in a stud linebacker class.

Gamecocks in 2013.

We return Shaw and Thompson at QB. We return Davis, Wilds, Shon Carson at RB. We return all of our WRs except DL Moore. We return all of our offensive line except TJ. We return probably the best group of TEs in the country.

South Carolina's offense is going to be the schizizzle next season. And none of that above is counting all the redshirted talented we held back this year. We redshirted two WRs (Fuller and Smith, both big talented kids to go along with what we have returning), a TE (Kelvin Rainey to go with what we have returning), several offensive lineman and another stud running back this season that are chomping at the bits for their turns ... and another QB.

Anyways, it's all talk right now - but with what we have coming back, on both sides of the ball, along with the more favorable schedule, (or so it would seem at the moment), you gotta like our chances next season. This team has not peaked yet and all these kids have known for the past three seasons is winning. 31 games over the past three seasons - they have it going-on right now. We'll see but I'd put SC's odds somewhere in the 12:1 range to win it all next year and I'll bet the oddsmakers will agree when they early odds come out this summer.

I like how they list the SECCG on THEIR schedule, like it's ordained. Jeez, we know the SEC office is in B'ham, the schedule is biased and the refs are on-board, but you could be a little more subtle about the fix being in!
