Should have been booted after the FSU game.
I know it's a reactionary moment on the sideline but both Willis and the A&M student coach do not have any place in college football right now.

I watched the kid on and off the field from his freshmen year of high school until now. He has zero self discipline and zero self control! He's a THUG plain and simple! He will always be in trouble wherever he goes! I feel sorry for the next program that takes him! He will be one giant headache for them!

There were hints during the end of his recruitment but I figured it was the typical sour grapes from LSU fans and was quite bummed to see him go. His brother acted like a clown too but he worked out fine for Bama.

He's no Janzen Jackson or Michael Dyer though. Still time to get his head straight and brain under control.

The thing about Janzen is that he was never mean in his time at UT or at McNeese. When he was here he just had problems dealing with life in general - you never knew if he'd show up to practice or not but when he did he was a good player and teammate. People had positive things to say about him and his time here and genuinely wanted to help him. And at one point, we thought he'd succeeded in conquering them (he put in the work, went to rehab, even worked a part-time job on campus, only to slide back and fail a drug test).

Looking back it's easy to see that those were early warning signs of a bigger illness - the drug issues and his general inability to cope with life and his odd withdrawal from everyone on occasion all point to that knowing what we know now.

But all of that is from the vantage point of hindsight.

Janzen needed treatment badly when his mother called county health in California begging for an evaluation because he was acting oddly and talking to himself. It's sad that no one got to him in time because I truly feel he is suffering a very serious mental illness and wasn't in his right mind. What happened might've been avoided.

Is this relevant to LSU football?

This is the SEC Rant, baw.

I'm not so sure about A&M taking him right after Sumlin sends the student assistant off the field for basically doing the same thing.

Gives LSU fans something to cheer about I suppose. At least UF is more of a dumpster fire than they are.

Sumlin will take the heat for defensive talent. He will be in the hot seat next year if the defense doesn't show improvement.

Damn what a vaginal response.

Hopefully the kid gets some help & I'm not shocked by the news.

Now you can go back to your self-loathing.
