Does Richt blow it in another big game? Or is Bama out of playoff contention early? Inquiring minds want to know.

I think it will be a good game and a toss up, as was the SEC 'ship game in 2012.

Only reason I give GA a slight edge is home field.

Never count Bama out and never guarantee a GA win.

Yeah. I think a replay of the Bama-UGA SEC Title game. Down to the wire.

Better worry about Vandy, then at Florida.

It's nice to know that Bama actually has to play a strong East team this year.

If this is a FG game then UGA wins.

You can actually score points and beat Bama when Bama kicks a FG.

If its a trenches game, it will be very interesting. If its a dogfight and a game of attrition then UT will have a good chance the next week against UGA in a let down game. It's a tough stretch for UGA.

I'm taking Bama in this game. Henry is too tough for UGA to stop and the Bama front 7 is built to stop the run.

31-20 Bama.

I don't like the talking heads who dis the SEC. All SEC teams earn their keep. I'm also intrigued by big matchups every week. Bama-UGA is a big early showdown. Not picking a team just yet, but am liking the input on the thread.

Was last week's performance by the Georgia QB an anomaly or what we should expect?...that's the question.

My take on UGA's blowout of USC is that Spurrier has seen his best coaching days. I'm sure Georgia fans got a lot of frustration out of their systems with that win, and the running game is looking good. But I'm thinking the Gamecocks will be bringing up the rear this year in the East. So I'm still looking for a tight game against 'Bama, which will have its back against the wall.

Let me give the keys to the game for Georgia to beat Bama.

-forget the records
-get a good start
-score early
-keep Bama from scoring
-score
-don't turn the ball over
-call good plays for Lambert

For Bama, same as above just change the names.

Yep. I'm as good as ESPN is with keys of the game. ESPN sucks.

No way in hell GA blows out Bama, even if it is at home. look for a tight game and Lambert to def look more human.

Don't you guys wish you could make six or seven figures a year as a talking head on ESPN? And get away with their idea of analysis? A few of them are qualified, but some of them can't even talk. Jabari Greer for instance.
