Lol at rebelgator, I don't think I've seen a display of someone being such a whiny pussy on here in quite some time, maybe even days. His teams are 0-3 against UGA now in basketball 
Since rg seems sooooo adamant that we are just an nit team, how about we make a little wager? He thinks we're an nit team, I think we're a tourney team. What should the terms be?

And if we're being completely honest, if (according to the ever wise RG...) we're an NIT team, then ole miss should probably worry about their tourney status as well. I mean think about it, we're only 1 game behind them overall and the SEC...if we're so solidly in the NIT then why should ole miss be so solidly in the tournament
Also as of yesterday afternoon (before the game) our RPI was 39 and theirs was 34, oh and our SOS was about 30 spots higher than theirs too.

OM has been swept by a mediocre program with a fanbase that doesn't even care about basketball.
UGA beat them and we don't even care.
Maybe if OM was a program like Kentucky or Duke, we'd get excited. That's pretty much the only time UGA fans care about Bball.

We are, historically speaking, the worst basketball program in the conference and it's not really close.
Anytime we win 20+ games, a little interest is sparked in North Mississippi.

OM is a good team by OM standards, just like UGA has a good team right now by UGA standards. Both teams are likely in the tournament, but neither is a lock.
Any fan of either team saying this game didn't matter to their team/program is just being a douche.
