Georgia leads the SEC with six arrests in 2016 as of June 30, 2016. The Bulldogs had only four players arrested in 2015 after seeing eight players have trouble with the law in 2014.

Overall, 20 SEC players (enrolled in the university at the time of arrest) have been arrested thus far in the new year, compared to 23 at this point in 2015. Nine teams have seen players charged with arrests, with Arkansas, Florida, LSU, South Carolina and Vanderbilt all avoiding trouble with the law.

guarnatee you that's not an arrest at any other SEC school.

I don't care what our "numbers" are, because its' not an even playing field. I look at the infractions. A freshman with a fake ID, couldn't care less about. No seatbelt? Literally who gives a frick?

Even the "weapons in a school zone" which sounds big and bad...they were shooting BBs at their fridge in their dorm.

Oh well. I always know that CIYE will let us all knwo the latest on UGA happenings.

Obviously those UGA kids don't understand what kind of Ivy league education they're risking with their subpar behavior

I mean... not to pile on UGA here but the Mississippi school posters like to pull this card a lot.

They're also doing very well in the Fulmer Cup standings.

what card?

There's a difference in turning a blind eye to blatant cheating in recruiting and realizing that an ARREST (that's put in handcuffs and taken to jail) for not wearing a seatbelt is probably not gonna happen at bama or ut.

I'd trade Ronnie Wilson shooting his gun in the air for another title

Actually, we are closer to last place than we are to first as far as points are concerned.

The big question here is if UG fans are still going to make that old holier-than-thou claim that they used to make under Richt, that "running a clean program is more important to us than winning national championships," even though they are ranked #6 in the all-time Fulmer Cup standings.

You went in a weird direction on this. I was just saying that the last time a MSU or OM player was arrested for DUI/DWI I got into a long discussion with those fans about how their town's cops like to arrest students/athletes and how they target kids at bars, etc.

There are Auburn fans that will tell you the same thing even though I disagree. This is just a common fan excuse
