You talking about the guaranteed 3+ losses every season? I doubt Bama fans would put up with that too long either.

After all that Nick Saban has done for that University and the State of Alabama he can go 7-6 for 3 seasons straight for all I care. He has more than earned the benefit of the doubt.

True but coaches like Saban are one in a million, shite coaches like Richt who can promise you atleast 10 wins per season are hard to find as well

The only thing Richt could promise was disappointment.

It's amazing how for *years*, the party line on the rant has been that UGA constantly underperforms and that Richt sucks, our 10 win seasons are a joke and that the only thing that matters is that we lose the big games. We finally go a different direction and we clearly are giving up the greatest coach we could ever have hoped for...

With Chaney? Probably 7 or 8. No more.

He meant UGA wins, not Arky.

I see no reason why uga can't compete every year. I mean Atlanta alone is a hotbed for talent. A lot of talent comes from the statesboro and Savannah areas as well.I used to live in Georgia for a few years

The problem is that atl talents are often entitled trouble makers.

if anything short of a national title is a disappointment for you then I'm sorry you've only been not disappointed once during your lifetime. Must be a miserable fan experience.

They're going to suck. They might win the East but there isn't a more hollow accomplishment in all of sports

So when he asks a question to Georgia fans, an Arkansas fan answeres with some sour grapes.

Where did Chaney touch you?

The way Kirby can recruit, I sure as hell hope he can't coach.

Georgia could lose to North Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, Auburn, Ole Miss, and Georgia Tech. I think they go 3-3 in those 6 with wins over UNC, Auburn and GT. 9-3

Compared to what?Columbus kids?South Ga kids?Don't
think there's much imperical evidence to make that statement.

Obvoiusly the vast majority of P5 prospects in Georgia
are from metro Atlanta so naturally any stat (good or bad)should be in propotion to their numbers.

I think they do great. Lose to Ole Miss and one of UT/UF.
Next year they will be better with a more experienced QB and time for Smart to get the D how he wants it.
