The epic beatdown in the SEC Championship was alleviated slightly by the rematch in Indianapolis for the media bowl, but deep down Georgia knows Alabama was the better team even in their "dream season". Even in Georgia's best season in 40 years, they still got taken to the woodshed by Saban and Alabama, and were only able to beat Alabama due to Alabama's entire passing offense tearing its ACL.

That must be annoying to have a stain on your big golden trophy like that. Knowing that even at your best, Saban still owns you.

Did you guys say anything when Colt Mccoy went down and handed you a Ship?

Or this scenario is exactly what happened when you were given a rematch.

Go away!

Well in that instance, nobody knows if Colt McCoy would've been able to beat Alabama.

In this instance, we know that those two injuries were the main difference between game 1 and game 2

The only thing Saban currently owns is a 2 touchdown L on the biggest stage

I’ll admit having the SECC trophy would have been a nice bookend but I think we all are very happy with the ending results . 2021 will forever be DAWGS

Alabama Fans Still Haven’t Gotten Over The Loss

The epic beatdown in Tuscaloosa was alleviated slightly by the rematch in New Orleans for the media bowl, but deep down Alabama knows LSU was the better team even in their "dream season". Even in Alabama's best season in 40 years, they still got taken to the woodshed by Les Miles and LSU, and were only able to beat LSU due to LSU's entire passing offense tearing its ACL.

That must be annoying to have a stain on your big golden trophy like that. Knowing that even at your best, Les Miles still owns you.
