Its misleading, odd, and quite frankly pathetic.
It doesn't say anything that's not true, but it leaves out relevant information and uses deceiving symbolism to connect the Georgia Baseball team with the title "2023 College World Series Champion". The graphic fails to clarify that Wes Johnson is Georgia's next head coach and won the 2023 National Championship at his previous coaching position, which ended 2 days ago.
It would be no different than LSU hiring Kirby Smith tomorrow as the head football coach and posting a picture of him in LSU apparel with the words "2023 Football National Champion".
It would be ridiculous, just as this is. A more appropriate graphic would be of Wes Johnson in LSU gear, or added clarification that he is Georgia's new head baseball coach. This would allow Georgia to keep riding LSU's coat tail, but in a more honest way.
It appears the Georgia Athletics marketing department is just as salty as their fanbase. Considering how much Georgia fans have pushed the "baseball is a niche sport" bullshite as of late, this tweet reeks of hypocrisy.

Who are they trying to deceive? Only UGA fans, LSU fans on Facebook or Twitter, or college baseball fans in general would care to look at this. I would figure those people would know better.

You should never put your logo in front of another teams trophy, let alone 4 logos. If they had Wes holding his little trophy it’d be better.
