SEC teams hold the record for both most defensive players and offensive players taken in the 1st round.

Alabama became the 1st team to have 5 offensive players go in the 1st round in 2021; and Georgia became the 1st teams to have 5 defensive players go in the 1st round this year.

It truly is a fitting end for the National Champion Georgia Bulldogs.

What’s crazy is if you would have told me that Dean wasn’t one of the 5, I’d say you’re full of shite.

Yet here we are, the quite leader in the middle of that historic defense still sits Available going into the next round.

Jermaine Johnson also a first rounder who left to get more playing time at FSU. Do we get partial credit there?

Didn't Jameson Williams get run off the field sometime in the first quarter of the Championship game?
