Good game Dawgs! I think Uga is a better team in a game like this (halfcourt) until Maten went out. Hopefully we will improve.

I hate to keep harping on it, but there is no post threat for Georgia when Maten is out of the game. And that's huge. No easy baskets and it's easier for opposing teams to rebound with him out of the game.
It's pretty much all Fox's fault when he gets into foul trouble too, his offensive scheme when he tries to main it is too awkward, and Maten is too foul prone in man defense.

Two fouls were flops when Maten was trying to post up. Another was called for a two handed shove that was bogus when he was playing behind a posted up player. Another foul was when he was being boxed out and both him and the guy boxing him out fell. That foul was very very questionable.
Every program has players post up...I guess those fouls are their coaches faults as well.

Again to all the cool UGa fans, which are most of them, good game. Could have gone either way and I suspect we are going to have a tough time in Athens.

It was a good game. UGA looks like a tournament team, hopefully they can take care of business and make it in. Need more SEC representation.

Maten lost him composure, slammed the ball on the court. He fricked up, own it and move on. Both teams are mediocre at best. But UGA lost to Uf again, doesn't matter the soprt. UGA is an inferior program.
