When it comes to rivalry games, Tennessee tends to win in streaks and lose in streaks.

Losing to Tennessee is like being a toothbrush in Neyland Stadium. It takes a long time before they get you, but when they do, it's a really nasty experience.

Agreed, our streak was only at 5 and I was crushed. I couldn't image losing after 11 years.

I lost count of the 8 or 9 in a row over UGA in the 90s

The Bama UT series has been like this, I can't wait until it's our turn again.

We have accomplished far more than Tennessee has.

Tennessee was a top 10 team to start the season. UF was 25 before we lost our starting QB. I'm not going to panic over one loss to a school we've dominated. Talk is cheap. Now if UT starts their own streak or wins a championship or something more relevant than a single game, then I'll care.

Agreed. After the 2017 season, Tennessee's winning streak will look something like this

5 in a row to SC
3 in a row to UGA
3 in a row to Mizzou
2 in a row to UF
2 in a row to Bama

Good news for UF is traditionally they win once every few years. We won't have to deal with it for probably another 5 years.

All games - won - lost - ties

UGA 1205 764 391 50 - .0655

UT 1203 799 353 51 - .0685

Geez I hope this formats.

UGA all time WP - .0655

UT all time WP - .0685

Apparently you can't read very well. We are talking about this century.

But the problem is that they can't seem to beat good teams lately so it's likely a long season for UF .
