But I don't understand the UGA GT game. GT is a complete joke and shows zero want to improve moving forward. It's such a weird game to care about from where I'm sitting.

we'll give up the Tech game as soon as you give up 10 R C and Auburn swaps divisions, since we're dropping annual cupcake games and all

Not true. What's holding it up is the rent a win W needed by many schools to make a bowl. And save the coaching staff.

This is only a recent phenomena. Tenn used to be the last game of the season...

God almighty,in the last 15 years you guys have played a grand total of FOUR P5 teams on the road...aND you wanna bitch about us and UK,UF and SC going home and home with a P5 every year ?

You really think it's some kind of benefit to our program to have P5 on the road every other year? When you guys barely do it once every three?

You saying that could be the same as us saying "WHO CARES about the Ala./Aub. game? It's meaningless!"

Our mandatory P5 OOC game is against an in-state rival.
Yours is against ______.

BOTH teams now have 9 games scheduled.

HOW are those 4 teams/games AFFECTING the SEC from going to 9 conf. games?

Easy. Add 2 teams & do 4x4 pods. Alternate paired pods yearly.
Y1: AB/CD
Y2: AC/BD
Y3: AD/BC

You have now faced EVERBODY in the conference at least once in 3 years. A full H/A rotation in 6.

9 conference games doesn't net is that more often UGA/Bama or UGA/LSU. If we were getting that, you'd probably see a lot more 'yeas'. It means more Miss St, Arky, aTm, Ole Miss...

Lol, wut?

UGA cross-division rotation
2019: vs aTm, at AU, at MS
2020: at UA , vs AU, vs AR
2021: vs LSU, at AU, at OM
2022: at aTm, vs AU, vs MS
2023: vs UA , at AU, at AR
2024: at LSU, vs AU, vs OM

So in order to get home/home it takes 6 years. Roommate switch does it in 4 without cutting into ooc scheduling... Thanks for playing.

Maybe scrap these games or scrap one of your cupcakes and add them instead.
UGA/Auburn is a cross division rival, so UGA can't scrap that game.
