Mizzou's record was 8-5 last year in the BIg 12. It won't be any worse this year. Get over yourselves SEC homers.

the butthurt is strong with this one. And no way do I see mizzou winning 8 games. Kindly show me what wins you are talking about.

I am very happy I did not choose this game as my one away game to attend this year.
The UF game in Gainesville, FL would be a good one. Florida is still nice weather in November. Take a few extra days before the weekend and enjoy the beach too while down there.

Me too. Our oline must improve, along with our secondary. Cocks looked good today.

Franklin needs to be better, deapite the lack of protection.

maybe.

You act like Im against Berk or something.

Who ever the QB is its not going to make a difference unless there is some fundamental rethinking going on on our coaching staff.

I'm convinced the spread will never work. I'm convinced Franklin is not the answer. I'm convinced we need to recruit bigger and stronger. I'm convinced we'll get there one day.
That's not bad it only took you guys 2 conference games to figure out what SEC fans have been debating with Mizzou fans the entire off season

They play Clemson. There are a lot of FSU fans in SC today.

You have been against him when we've talked..

Franklins lack of moxy, charisma, intuition, awareness or whatever you want to call it is starting to be noticed by everyone.

Some things on the coaching staff need to be fixed. But having a QB with the qualities Franklin lacks would make a difference regardless of what is going on with the coaching. We saw it on the final drive, even though Clowney wasn't in there.

Our mayer was embarrassing. The old man was reading off a prompter. How unauthentic... yours however seemed as genuine as a politician can be. That was embarrassing.

At this point you are either trolling (highly doubt this) or just have a huge case of selective memory coupled with a personal inferiority complex that leads you to act his way with some of the nonsesne you post when going after other posters.

Backing Franklin as a 2 year junior starter with known success in BCS football /= being "against" Berkstresser.

You are so hell bent on proving some personal opinion that you completely ignore what other people are actually saying.

Im tired of it honestly.

We are all Mizzou fans but if you are going to go this route, Im just done responding to you.

Haha, you're upset that everything I was saying about Franklin all week came true today.

Not only that, fans from all other SEC teams said the same thing. "no chairsma" "no interest" "doesn't give a shite". That is the exact things I was saying ab JF all week.

Guys like you will never understand moxy. When Berkstresser gets the ball he becomes aware and alive. Franklin seems the opposite.

And Franklin is not a 2 year starter. He is a 1 year starter, plus 2 games.

Haha. You're honestly butthurt over this, too funny.

And you thought you were the voice of Mizzou on here, haha. Yet can't concede what everyone else recognized about Franklin today.

And what was that about Franklin being a 2 year starter?? Haha, ohhh you don't know what you're talking about. Thats right.

Sorry for the bump, but just got online and haven't read much of this thread, and wanted to add a few thoughts.

It's becoming painfully obvious that we need to slowly drop this spread offense crap. It was successful and fun to watch when we had Chase running it, but that time has come and gone. I always preferred the more traditional type offense anyways. And I'm also on team Burk. Franklin just has no fire in his belly...maybe he can be our TE we obviously lack?

Most Mizzou fans realized it would take time to adapt, but this game was embarrassing. We got our shite kicked in on both sides of the ball. We better be rethinking what the hell we are doing, but I have little faith in this coaching staff to make the necessary adjustments.

For the most part, Mizzou fans just need to be patient. If it takes a couple years of getting stomped to rise up from the heap, so be it. I still see us as a mid level team in the SEC, but expected to be more competitive against the elites.

It took Arky and the Cocks time to adjust to the SEC, and looks like it will with us too.

Mogray, are you like 12 yrs old? You have fastly become an insufferable douche like the Arky trolls and flamers.

Good game SC...you showed us exactly where we stand as of now, and how much we need to improve.

You don't need to drop it, it's just that you don't have the OL to make it work right now. USC had to change to the zone read, b/c we were getting sacked all the time running the spread.

Only like 10 years, try using the phrase, "wait 'til next year," a lot, it might help.
