So what's ole Phil Fulmer up to these days? Still in Tenn I'm guessing?

I believe he serves in a supervisor role for the creation of the Football program at East Tennessee State University. A lot of people want him to be AD at UT, and I for one think that would be a great idea to be honest. The guy bleeds TN orange.

He's been helping ETSU restart their football program and has done a fantastic job. He still lives in Knoxville and still attends practices and events. I want him as our next AD and have for a while but especially after seeing his work at ETSU.

He's been around the program a lot lately. Was the head speaker for the UT coaching clinic last week.
