Why do you care so much about what other SEC schools would do? I am a Georgia fan and I could really care less what South Carolina does with their disciplining. It just seems like a dumb thread to start. If you think Spurrier would kick the guy off then just about every other coach would do the same.

So, you are saying that you do care about South Carolina? That's nice of you.

Threw a little French in there I guess.

Sounds a little LSU-ish. Makes me sick.

One thing you have to give Miles is LSU has less discipline problems than just about every school in the SEC not named Vanderbilt.

So the problem would most likely never arise at LSU, period.

So how many Fulmer Cup points does that give FSU?

Does it just get covered up better than most of the others or do they actually have fewer problems.

It is actually named petit theft. People just called it petty theft originally because they thought that is what they were saying. Petty theft is probably the more common term used these days, but it is still not the legal term.

It comes from the French word "petite" or small. That means that it is theft below a certain statutory limit.

Id say its we get in less trouble, If we were covering shite up then the shadys beat down and the honeybadger stuff would have never surfaced.

In Mississippi (but it changes in July), that would be $1.36 into the felony category. In July, it goes to $1,000 for a felony. Inflation, I guess.

While I know this is probably related to Nick Marshall, but if a teammate steals from another, you have to boot him. He can't remain in the current situation and be good for the team. Sure lessons can be learned, but he'd have to show that elsewhere.

LSU actually has fewer problems. I said this in another thread, but it bears repeating here...there are just more places to go for LSU athletes and there are more things going on in south Louisiana than is true in most of the other SEC towns. So our athletes don't need to look hard to have fun. I believe most of these incidents occurring around the conference are out of sheer boredom.

Location and culture are the keys here for LSU. LSU is located in one of the largest SEC towns, and an hour from New Orleans. Cajun culture is about having fun. And Miles and his staff do a great job of enforcing team rules, too. Incredibly so, given the amount of trouble LSU athletes could get into if they chose to.

As for the rest of the SEC, the Bible Belt is just not a great area to let off steam in, particularly for young African-American male athletes.

Just sayin'...
