Bowden held up the ACC and they agreed to giving FSU a larger stake of the money. He played hard ball with the SEC and the SEC said no, everyteam gets a the same share of the pot.

Bowden was an arse and they should have tossed him years before they did. He WAS FSU football; he built the program and then held it back. He is a prime example that a head coach should not have absolute power.

Right as far as it goes.

That said, Free Shoes wanted in on the ACC basketball money. That agreement, while good then, still paled in comparison to SEC income, even before the Network.
