That is ridiculous. People getting teabagged in fraternities all across the nation and this stupid fricking judge just set the bar for prison time over a fricking joke where not one person was hurt. it was all drunk fun and then this happens.

Law is a fricking joke of a profession and they have completely lost the ablikity to just make good common sense decisions.

Maybe you missed the last 7 pages, but we've already covered that the average Alabama fan thinks it's perfectly acceptable to place your balls on another man's head.

You're probably one of those people that think if you get caught with a $10 bag of weed that you intend to smoke for personal consumption you deserve 15 years in prison.

That would depend on whether that bag of weed had just beaten LSU.

Yea apparently drunk fun is acceptable. Like driving.

Normally I'd say I don't understand how people can't understand that you can't pull your balls out in public and place them on a complete and total strangers face. But I do understand. Because we're talking about Bamascoop here.

Wussy teabagee needs to show himself!

He did - ESPN or SI did an article on the guy.

If he'd been a man he would have asked the judge for 5 minutes with him and settled it properly. If the judge had denied him he should have hunted him down anyway. Instead he took the precious snowflake route and needs counseling and drug therapy to get over the trauma

He shouldn't have done what he did but this seems a little extreme. 2 freaking years?!

This.

It seems off to me that people don't understand that you can't drop trou, rub your genitalia on a non-consenting person and then say, "Ha, ha, that was funny!" and expect no consequences.

It's sexual assault.

It's astounding. Can you imagine the delusion that would exist amongst them if the Sandusky situation had occurred in Tuscaloosa?

On the Rant yes, but not outside of here.

Unless they've had a few sets of balls on their heads and were okay with it

That's probably a little extreme but you do have a point. In this OP over at Tiger rant you'll find a variety of responses. In this thread there is a variety amongst non UA fans (LSU or not). But UA fans seems to have an universal sentiment.

You are an idiot. How can you even compare the two situations? These situations aren't even close.

I really don't know anyone in real life who thinks it's OK to have balls rubbed all over strangers at a Krystal.
