Totally agree. The transfer portal has evened the playing field. It wasn't a coaching issue when the Bama WR broke loose and was chased down. Previous Bama WR's would have taken it to the house. Instead, he was caught from behind and they were held to a field goal. Crucial play in the game.

Yep. All the pieces were there. The only real question marks were Pete and BoB and they have been even worse than I could have imagined.
