They won't in a few years, and probably 2/3 of the Bama fans will stop being Bama fans like normal.

Well Saban is buddies with the head of the NCAA.  The NCAA and SEC offices are riddled with bama grads. All one has to do is see how the NCAA handled the Bo Davis situation at Bama vs what is happening now at Ole Miss. This isn't the first time they've been caught fricking around during Saban's tenure. No punishment given the other times either. One of the main investigators in our case was an Alabama grad...When you look at it, college football seems kind of pointless for 95% of schools when there is another tier of schools that get to play by their own rules.


Basically it all boils down to motivation. If the NCAA is motivated to frick you, they will. If you're allowed to recruit at a high level, then you're good.
