You know I'm a Paul Maineri fan and certainly find him immune to being fired, but Schlossnagle (spelling?) has absolutely wiped the floor with Paul's arse all three times they've met.

I don't think there's any doubt he's a top 2 coach. I think Corbin at Vanderbilt is probably the best, maybe Mcdonnell at louisville. I definitely think Paul is top 10, but to me there's a nice gap between the top 10 and 5 coaches.

He did last year, but they shut him down early. I haven't seen him this year, but I haven't paid attention.

Mainieri has been a top 10 coach the past 5 years. 2 CWS appearances, 4 national seeds, 2 SEC Titles. I know you're disappointed, but stop being a overdramatic

I'm not being overdramatic. I don't dislike CPM, but I've never thought he was an elite coach. That's not some crazy opinion either, it's just different than yours.
