I saw a lot of freshmen playing around the league and they all seemed to be playing well. I few that stood out were Trey Quin, Noel and Cam Robinson. I didn't notice Arky or Auburn playing any but I haven't watched the full game yet. Anyone else see any freshmen playing they really liked a lot?

Myles Garret may very well be as good as Clowney was his first year. He had a monster day against a pretty good USCw O-Line

Got the Auburn game recorded and I'm about to watch it with my son. I wondered if he would play. I didn't see Garrett the other night.

Arkansas played six freshman. One on offense and five on defense. Only one of them started, at wide receiver, and he didn't post any stats. The others played a mixture of ST's and spot roles on defense.

Obviously biased here, but Myles Garrett, Armani Watts, and Speedy Noil all had very good games. Victor Davis honorable mention.

I really look for Tony Brown to take Sylve's spot pretty soon. He was in good position, he's just too small to match up with the defensive ends everyone has at WR nowadays. I think the days of the 5'9" corners are over unless they are honey badger like.

It's tough to redshirt people like him. You are only going to get 3 yrs so you may as well find him somewhere to get the ball in his hands.

That's the only problem I had with such a large cluster of games yesterday; no way possible to watch em all.
