No problem.

I would suggest checking out this thread that used to be at the top of the Fark Board. Lots of good tips in there. Also I'd check out some YouTube tutorials. What program are you using?

Photoshop CS5.1. Working with images like these is certainly different from working with actual photographs. Of course, it's (obviously) fun as heck to doodle around with all the gadgets and filters that you dare not touch when working with photos.

By the way, nice sig' pic. Did you do that one?

Thanks. Partially. I cut it down and added the text but the picture itself was via UK's marketing. I've made a few sigs around these parts though. Have done some other stuff like wedding and birthday invitations for friends as well.

I picked most of my stuff up looking up effect tutorials on YouTube.

Actually, yes. Since the government shutdown has the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area north of Atlanta closed for the time being, I am unable to guide fly-fishermen for trout. Thus, I have lotsa time on my hands.

I think I have a looooooong way to go before I'm ready to make a profession of this. It's easier to figure this Adobe program out than it is to figure out Dreamweaver, but I'm working on that one too.
