No doubt he's a tremendous DC. Was hoping we'd pull him when we let Jancek loose (glad we got Shoop though). But we'll see how he does as a HC with the literal dumpster fire at them moment that is Mizzou.

Thankfully Freeze didn't corrupt him.

wiBO can't be corrupted. In fact, he likely would have led Freezus down the straight and narrow.

The dumpster fire consist of the basketball program, staff, and a few students. The football team and football staff are WAY past last years shenanigans.

I think the bigger story here is who was it that offered Freeze a job in 2014.

I really do think you guys got a great coach in Odom. There for a bit his name was being floated as Arkansas's next DC before we hired Robb Smith. Of course, I'm happy with the Robb Smith hire...thrilled in fact...but I would have been just as happy if we had hired Odom. You guys got a damn good one.

I would just caution that it's going to take a couple of seasons for him to start producing at a high level. But I think he will get you guys there.

Even if Odom were a prodigy, he'd have a hard time doing much at first. He's inherited a terrible situation and he's totally inexperienced.

He has inherited a good defense and put together a solid coaching staff. The offense isn't going to set records but they don't have to in year one.

FL fans will tell you it didn't happen. The meeting where Archie flew in and talked Freeze into staying. That didn't happen either.

Coaching offers that are not accepted never happened. Get it straight.

Don't know who he is, but I'm confident he's a better actual coach than Hugh and doesn't have to resort to just paying off talented recruits.

He probably doesn't put hits out on his own players or cover up multiple rapes, as Butch Jones has.

Not really. He inherited a hodgepodge OL, and that very well, could be our downfall but he also inherited a very good defense with an elite DL, a NFL talent at QB and he's been able to backfill the other holes on the roster quite nicely.

The other shite is just noise and won't matter once the games start.
