Why does this come out only a few days from the big game?

Especially when it already came out two years ago. It would be like writing an article for today with the headline "Scientists discover God Particle." Technically true, just not timley.

Because it is genius. Brig up an issue that has already been cleared that nobody heard about and then bring it up as if it is a new finding the week before a big game. It is unethical but very effective because most sports fans are retards and won't fact check

Fournette is the Heisman frontrunner on the #2 team in the country and it's 2 days ahead of a highly anticipated top 5 matchup.

Writer knows people won't read all that bullshite he wrote. They'll read the title and the first few sentences and people will spread "Fournette's family broke NCAA rules" like wild fire. He gets the clicks he wants and this story gets picked up and talked about because of who the player is and the game being played.
