But he's won my respect which is even more important. It shows his true character that he'd run behind a shite o-line for a mediocre coach and not transfer or even grumble. Never change..no, Never Yield, Lynard Fournete.

What a class act

Turned down fame and success at Bama to help a struggling hometown program

Great kid

I know you're mocking him and all but that kid is wired differently than most that's for sure. All the great ones are.

It's a certainty this year. He couldn't compete with a RB like Henry.

Just a thought here...but I would suggest the LSU bashing and Fournette mocking be put on pause - with the exception of scrutiny applied to their administration.

It's a circus over there. These released emails, the whole deal with Miles leaving, not leaving, buyout, we're rich can handle oops sorry we're poor nevermind why don't you stay another year and keep that #1 class intact and oh by the way your buyout drops several million by this time next year but we want you to feel secure in your job....

Those clowns may have already ruined their program. Maybe they'll support Les, but it doesn't appear they will. It appears they want him to keep the #1 class intact, and for the next year they'll be going behind his back to donors and boosters to secure money for a buyout. And, unless he wins the SEC he's likely to get canned by this time next year.

Anyone think Miles is going to work hard to keep that class intact? I bet his agent is telling him to put it on cruise control, start thinking about that 12mill buyout money next year, where to vacation in December 2016, and to make a short list of next jobs to look at.

Anyone think Fournette is going to put it all out there next year, knowing he's going to be one of the top RB's taken in the draft no matter what - knowing how the university has acted the past few months, how the fans turned on Les, and that his coach is probably a lame duck the next 12 months? Why would top recruits go to LSU right now? Why would they consider it a year from now when they do actually fire Les?

A good bit of the administration, starting with Alleva, needs to be fired. Les Miles is the least of their problems. He's building up for another 2011 type team and the administration at LSU may have already destroyed that from becoming reality.

Rather than a buyout, regular fans and influential boosters need to go to the top and petition for Alleva and others to be tossed out on the curb.

I feel bad for Les and all the players at LSU. They're not the problem.

Let's just say....it might not take much of a boo-boo to sideline LF next year.
