I'm still laughing my arse off due to the fact the last thread I saw on Jonathon Taylor was about Auburn recruiting him. Have fun

To be fair, auburn gave marshall a "second chance", then he got busted for pot. 3rd chance U. The only reason UGA people are in here is because OP had to include us for some obsessed reason. Get over us it's annoying.

Official press conference tomorrow. The girl's father will say that she deserved it. Similar to the Courtney Upshaw case.

I just skimmed this thread , but I always find it comical that every single mutt internet poster honestly believes their school has done nothing wrong ever.

Forget that Georgia has had half their team arrested in the last 4 or 5 years, Isiah Crowell was allowed to play against Florida a few years ago after testing positive in a drug test, and Richt brought Odell Thurman back and gave him a 2nd chance after initially kicking him off the team. Also announced that Jonathan Taylor would face no suspension for his first arrest at Georgia. Of course he was dumb enough to choke his girlfriend out a few weeks later

Exactly - Saban made a horrible decision there.

Thank you LSU compliance staff. They Never would allow Miles to offer a scholarship.

When Nick meets with the media I hope every question is about Taylor and wtf the University was thinking. Forget practice. You bashed the media and preached about second chances. Well Taylor just blew his 3rd chance.

I'm not gonna give Bama fans too much flak for this one - when Taylor was brought in, the majority of non-Updyke Bama fans didn't want him. This is all on Saban as far as I'm concerned.

Isn't that how you ended up at Auburn?

The people that really deserve answers are the girl and her family.

The bottom line is Saban would take anybody on his team that isn't currently in jail to help his team win. Whether they can legitimately quailfy accademically or not.

I agree. All Saban saw in this thug was a 340 pound DT. He never once considered the guys character. He had a vision of having another fat-assed plug in the middle of the line like that lard arse from a few years back - the one who couldn't remember his major during an interview.

Why did he sign him in the first place after the first DV charge?
