Just because a survivor no longer wishes to cooperate doesn't mean the case will be dropped. A criminal case is not like a private lawsuit between two parties. Criminal cases like domestic violence follow a different legal process. They are handled by a prosecutor's or district attorney's office.

I’m pretty sure her denial of an assault will be moot. Once the dye of DV was cast, he was fricked. At a minimum, loss of 2nd Amendment Rghts for at least years.

It happens all the time.
And I don’t have any idea why she made up her story nor why she retracted it.
What’s “fricked up” is a college football fan hating another group of people so much that he gleefully hopes another man’s life is destroyed—only so he can race over to a website and post about it.
Maybe reflect on that for a bit?
It’s pretty abysmal, from a human being standpoint anyway.

Domestic disputes are very rarely black and white. They've been together for 7+ years. She was 6 weeks pregnant (that's not very long), she screamed to him "I'm pregnant" and conveniently had a pregnancy test to show the police when they arrived? I've personally seen several scandalous women make ups shite basically to extort money from unsuspecting athletes. Now, I don't know what happened and Von Miller could be a piece of shite but I will withhold judgement until more is known. There are few winners in these cases and the kids are the ones that end up losing.
