Yes it will happen. Auburn does not want to play Bama and Georgia on the road in the same year. This was a bridge that will be fixed.

This. I read somewhere that Auburn will be in Athens the next 2 years to get everything back in sync.

It's not a big issue. The road teams have done well over the years in the series. If I remember correctly it was a scheduling sacrifice that someone had to make after adding A&M and Missouri. We had a pretty easy schedule last season not having to play Alabama or LSU during the regular season so I can't complain.

No. It's because in 2014, all the East will host their main cross division rivals in even years.
More than likely a setup for 9 conf. games.

So true. Unfortunately for the Dawgs they have to beat your Tigers and the refs.

I recall it was the Bama fans that bitched about the teams having a bye week before playing Bama. Y'all lost three games that year(2010)and bitched enough to have the SEC change the rules.

These are the coolest threads. The butthurt Bama fans have over LSU pointing out their preferential conference scheduling is epic (the truth hurts). I can just see all the Bama fans steaming over this AU/UGA game so let it out. Let the butthurt flow. Please start more than one thread a day about this.

Becauuse Richt & Co. finally looked closely at the schedule and realize now for the first time that they have to double trip to the Plains twice in a row?

Meh, whether it is in Jordan-Hare stadium or Tubberville-Denny stadium, I don't care where AU plays alabammy, as long as it isn't Lesion Field.

Probably because the road team has done well in that series

Or it could be that it wouldn't do any good and you come off like a whiny baby?

Actually, I have seen some scattered references. But not too many, thank goodness.

and we're probably going to be making two straight trips to athens in 14 and 15, so what's to bitch about?

Probably not. It's not on the schedule yet for 2015. But, whatever.

For all the hoopla over home field advantage, it's typically only worth about 3 points.

You DO realize that Auburn is a 3.5 point favorite in this game, don't you?
Think the home field advantage might make a difference?

Not complaining. Just pointing it out. I STILL think we will play well.

We have to double trip TWICE in a row? I thought we only had to double trip once?

This probably sounded better in your head.

How soon Bama fans forget. You cried like fricking little bitches about bye weeks until Daddy changed it for you. I remember we played ole Miss with Eli twice in TS and then they caught us back, I don't know why they do this sometimes.

IF they lose the game, then you will hear about that issue from them.

I'm just impressed he is still here. The rest of the guido nation that was on here has magically disappeared now.
