Quit bringing his 10 year record in to defend him. You look like a fool. 10 years ago a lot of shite was different. Bush was still in office for Gods sake.

If you want to come defend Miles and criticize LSU, use recent results to defend your argument. Use the fact that he's below .500 in the west the past two years. Or the fact that he consistently is unable to get his team ready for lesser opponents. Or how his offensive strategy is the most dull in the entire country. Or why not bring some of that juicy "Les doesn't discipline his players" bullshite that everyone of you used to spit when Les didn't punish a player. USE SOME OF THAT AND TELL ME WHY YOU'D KEEP HIM.

No one is sitting here trying to say Vince Young deserves a starting QB job in the NFL because he had a few good years. He sucked after that, thus he's unemployed. Les had a solid run, then one fluke year where ultimately he got his dick kicked in (2011), since then he's sucked and deserves to be fired.

I know most of you guys who are fans of other schools watch more football and know more about LSU than LSU fans (makes sense right?) but before you go running that cock sucker about what LSU is doing right and wrong, take a look at Les's numbers over that last 5 years. Get back to me.

Les was a good, top tier coach 7-10 years ago. He's not anymore. Plain and simple.

Not defending him here. Les was a good coach but not sure he was ever top tier. I agree with you. The SEC is way stronger top to bottom in the west than in 2005-06-07. He's a good coach but not week in and out against, if I may use a favorite Les phrase, "quality opponents"

This...

Is not the same as this...

No one is saying "Look at his record in 2005!" They're saying "Look at his record from 2005 to today."

Les took LSU on a 3-year and 4-year stint of 10+ winning seasons.

Dude clearly should have gone to Michigan. Their fans are grateful for good coaches.

Every coach has his ups and downs. It was only 4 years ago that LSU had it's best team ever. 8 years ago it won a national title. This year's team was in position to make the playoffs and that's something few can say.
