One thing to understand about the NFL & PEDs. There are time frames where the NFL actually allows them to use steroids.

Meaning: during summer and off-season times they have a level of hormones they must be at or beneath when tested, and these levels are twice as high as the normal human man would have. As the season nears and during the season the "allowed" levels drop, meaning they can't be using during the season.

Look it up.
