Good for him.

From one native Louisiana son to another, rock it, Lacy. Tear up the league. I'm rootin' for you.

He's been doing Plyo.

Probably hates it, but he loves it.

Hardest workout in the first P90X, imo

I thought it was hard, until I did Insanity.

Holy shite, that program is sadistic.

It hurt to sit down for a week after doing P90X plyo for the first time. Learning how to do controlled falls on to the shitter was key to survival.

Well, he needed to. For the record I hear his mom is like a legendary cook.
With that said, he looks great.

Well, he was fat and lazy.

I'm glad to see he's taking his weight problem seriously. He's too talented to let something like that hold him back.

I used to do P90X Plyo three days a week as part of my workouts. I got so good, I could do all the moves double time. I threw the Insanity Plyo into that mix and there were several of the moves I had to rest on. Damn that Shaun T. Still hate him.

Looks like P90X is working.

For the record, it does work. I lost like 30lbs doing it for a month and a half...
