Football programs on the decline

Which one of the following football programs is on the decline.

LSU
Tennessee
Georgia
Texas A&M

I say toss up between LSU and Tennessee.

Georgia has been pretty consistent for 15 years. I don't think we're on any sort cline, be it de or in.

As much as it pains me to say it, I think LSU and Tenn will have a good upcoming season. Georgia may struggle to find their footing after the coaching change but have enough talent to at least be competitive at the beginning, until they get settled. That leaves only one option to be on tDecline, at least as far as next season is concerned...

Sad thing is it's mathematically possible to continue that incline for 2 more seasons... Shows how bad things had gotten.
Almost impossible to not be on the incline.

In all seriousness though Tennessee was a couple of late game collapses from a great season last year. My pick to win the east
