Alright Ranters let's see if your rapidly shrinking brains can cut out the trolling and petty come-back's for what I'm willing to bet would be the first time ever to help each other out and give a better idea on some of the question marks remaining for the upcoming season.

1) AU: So let's say the offensive hype is warranted, although I don't think we have evidence of Gus playing to a passing QB's strengths. I don't believe in Steele for a second, and I think it's only a matter of time before some OC figures him out. Seemed like the D-Line last year was 1st or 2nd-best in the conference after Bama. How is y'all's defensive line looking after losing Carl Lawson and Montravius Adams? Do y'all have a lot of guys with actual experience to replace them or are you hoping on some 4-star studs to live up to their hype?

2) UGA: Your offensive line was woeful last year, and Kirby Smart underwhelming. Dawg fans are keeping their heads down as their new coach doesn't seem to be an upgrade over Richt. Will it be another season of run, run, throw the ball out-of-bounds for the offense? And how is Kirby doing on the recruiting trail this year? Clearly that's his strength.

3) LSU: does Danny Etling really suck? His 59.5% completion percentage last year was the highest an LSU QB had since Zach Mettenberger in 2013.

I'm pleased with the narrative that LSU really sucked offensively in the spring game, and Etling can't run the new offense. Mark Schlabagh did us a favor when everyone ran with his comment: "Returning starting quarterback Danny Etling struggled mightily during the spring game". It's quite observant of Schlabagh to figure that out when the game was canceled in the 2nd quarter. Nevermind Etling has over an 80% win percentage from last year and had a strong bowl game, Schlabagh, who likely didn't watch a play from the spring game, told SEC fans what they wanted to hear.

4) Bama: Seem like the D-Line slipped a little last year, and realistically it'll probably slip a little bit this year. Who are the blue chippers that will be replacing the 5 guys you lost up-front?

5) Florida: I give you all the respect to come out and beat us this year but is the defensive talent fading in Gainesville? Seems like it was Muschamp's guys the last few years, while McElwain's offense has been hit-or-miss at best. It's easy to pencil in the gators for Atlanta every year, but I could see them not being very good.

6) UT: I guess my biggest question would be, is this the final year that y'all will have elite talent from the early Butch recruiting years, or has that ship already sailed?

D-Line didn't slip for Bama. It's just that the entire LB corps was AAs.

Shocker: OP analyzes all but his own team in negative manner.

1. Offense and defense will both suck. Pay us no mind.

You know an SEC football message board has gone to shite when people begin to title their threads, "Football Discussion."

Fair.

Not only is it too early to tell but most fans don't seem to feel that way, especially on the recruiting trail.

With Jim Chaney? Probably more run-run-run for the first half and pass-pass-pass the second.

Well. We're in the thick of it for a lot of highly rated guys including the #1 DT QB, #1 & #2 OGs, #1 OLB, and have the #1 RB committed in an otherwise weak recruiting year in-state. Only troublesome omission to this point is recruiting on the DL

The eye-test and the depth chart suggested otherwise.

With Chaney it's usually - "The run is working really well, let's throw it for the next 12 downs!" or vice versa.

It doesn't really matter considering AL runs a 3-4.
