Unfortunately, that 7-7 record in 2012 was the high water mark for the east. It was 9-3 in 2011 and 10-2 in 2010.

Throw in the 5-0 record in the SECCG, and you come out with an overall record of 60-24 - 71% with a great chance of going 61-24 for the decade.

They aren't saying it because they got the shait kicked out of them in the west. They're saying it because for the last 5 years, they've been kicking the shait out of the east.
