When? On the Cooper play that is argued as offensive PI no penalty is called. The next play was 3rd and 10 and UF converts to keep the drive alive.
It doesn't matter at this point. The PF call was terrible, but I don't think it was ultimately that important because UF was going to score on the next play no matter what.
