Yea that was a stupid comment:

LSU Stats:
23 first downs
219 rushing yards
204 passing yards
2 turnovers

Florida Stats:
14 first downs
126 rushing yards
144 passing yards
0 turnovers

What should Florida of forced more turnovers or something?

If Guice runs the right play the last play this is all a mute point.

He didn't so that is a mute comment.

Kinda like saying if UF didn't call the wrong play they would have stretched the lead further than 6.

We should combine these threads into one titled.

"LSU fans still butt hurt over 16-10 loss to Florida and continue to be whiny beetches over it."

From now on I'll be apprehensive playing Florida with a possible big lead. I am afraid they may turn on their sprinkler system and call the game.

How insecure do you have to be to nullify a mid-week game vs Stetson?

Are you serious? We don't CARE about that stupid phucking game. Y'all beat us fair and square.

What LSU fans still are bewildered about is how in the everloving PHUCK was LSU the bad guy ?????

This was FLORIDA'S HOME GAME. This was Greg Sankey and Jeremy Foley telling Alleva ALL WEEK that the game would still be played, then......CANCELLING ??

Alleva offered to play on Sunday night or Monday, JUST LIKE LSU DID the Monday night after Rita hit when we played Tennessee on Monday night - with 93,000 in the stands.
And guess what, Baton Rouge and Louisiana had the """""""""""""""""" S A M E """"""""""""""" infrastructure problems Gainesville had: people in shelters, emergency vehicles, traffic problems, medical issues, street lights and traffic light problems, etc. Except we had gone through """""""""""""" T W O """"""""""""" storms in the previous three weeks, we were still dealing with the aftermath of Katrina.
LSU paid for Tennessee to fly in WITH NO HOTEL ROOMS, play and fly back.

What did the Florida hurricane and its aftermath have to do with LSU ??????????????????

Why was everybody pissed at LSU, when Alleva OFFERED to play Sunday, Monday, with no attendance, no security, any way possible IN Florida ?????????

WHAT DID FLORIDA'S INDECISION AND CALLOUSNESS AND STUBBORNNESS have ANYTHING AT ALL to do with LSU?????????????????

Doesn't sound like you'll have to worry about that in any major sport.

Alleva was saying that the game should of been moved/rescheduled as early as Tuesday. It wasn't about anyone being inconvenienced. Florida wanted the LSU team and fans to pretty much fly/drive into a hurricane as late as Thursday.

One of the most fascinating things I've seen on the SECr is watch this entire website do a complete 180 on the narrative in the days leading up to the storm. From "LSU fans and their players are pussies for not wanting to come here" and "Florida knows how to handle a storm unlike Louisiana" to acting like a god damn apocalyptic storm was coming while Mickey Mouse showed up to work as did a bunch of football programs did that weekend.

It's amazing how easily this is forgotten. This whole website literally changed its opinion on a storm whose trajectory changed very little after the postponement announcement.

I had Florida winning the game in Gainesville regardless because this was Oregeron's first road game, so the result of the game is pretty irrelevant. I will admit the bait on this is pretty clever, but cancelling a baseball game WHILE getting your arse kicked is ten times more chickenshit than what happened last fall.
