Bama is a really good team this year but they are beatable. This team is not as dominant as they have been in the past few years. They are still good enough to have a strong chance at winning another NC this year though. A lot will depend on how other opponents do. Three games on their schedule could be "potential" loses. Auburn, LSU, and oddly enough, Moo State. They won't lose all three but could "potentially" drop one of those games. That Moo State game is a trap game. They will be coming off of playing LSU (who at least defensively will be a bruiser of a game) into a game against State who has a very mobile QB and what appears to be a much better defense over last year.

Moo State has an exponentially better chance at beating LSU than Bama. 
LSU isn't beating Bama with Etling at QB and Orangutang as HC, even if it is just as a figure head. Auburn could though.

After watching most of the games yesterday, I think Bama is #1 and Clemson is #2. I don't give 2 shits who Clemson played. They looked as good if not better than last year. Clemson's quarterback really impressed me. Also their defense is still legit. Bama on the other hand is Bama. They reload and keep rolling. Gonna be interesting to see how the season plays out. I do agree Florida State was a tad bit overrated. As of this weekend, Alabama and Clemson are head and shoulders above the rest. Just my 2 cents.
