He is just horrible at posting no matter the name. Miyagi is on the same level imo.
I have sound reasoning for thinking that AU will get beaten.
The general public and Las Vegas agree with me.
Don't be so butthurt, because not everyone here is blinded by SEC homerism.

I think FSU has the best team in the country. But AU has an advantage, related to the OP, that is much of the reason for the SEC's success in the NC....level of competition. Who has FSU played? Clemson and a one-armed UF. AU has played good LSU/OM/A&M/UGA teams, UA and Missouri. Auburn is going to have to bring their A game, no doubt, but they are tested. FSU hasn't been yet, save BC.
And ND played a harder schedule, and was "tested" much more so than Bama. This didn't matter when the two teams lined up against one another. The talent level was just way too much to overcome.
Both are great teams offensively, but AU's defense really sucks. They won't be able to stop FSU.
People cry "SEC>ACC", but in reality, it's FSU that more resembles the typical SEC teams that have been winning recent championships. These are also the same types of players, the same areas that SEC teams recruit.
ETA: And FSU is comprised of SEC coaches.

But there's still sound reasoning as to why Vegas sees things the way they do. It's also much better reasoning than what you find on this SEC message board.

There's plenty of AU/stupid SEC fans for me to not believe on the Internet.

But of course FSU will be able to stop Auburn.
Pre Iron Bowl: Auburn won't be able to run on Bama.
Pre SECCG: Auburn won't be able to stop Missouri's receivers.
Why do so many people think FSU is the only team getting ready for this game?
Just admit you want Auburn to lose and quit hiding behind Vegas, etc.

The Bama win was not a miracle.
Georgia? We had our foot on them the whole game, let up near the end, and almost lost. But, we won.
The AU team of today is much better than the team that played LSU. They caught us at the right time so props to them for taking advantage.

The only difference is, poor head coaching lost you the game, not bad defense.

Irrelevant.
And again.... LSU did a good job of stopping AU, and won by two TDs.

Of course I want AU to lose, but this goes both ways, and you want them to win.
My belief that they will lose is more rooted in logic than your belief that they will win. I'm not hiding behind Vegas. I'm just pointing our that pretty much everyone besides the blind SEC homers think that FSU will win. In other words..... Most people with no dog in this fight expect FSU to win.
AU/retarded SEC fans are basing their predictions more on who they want to win I am. Get a fricking clue.

LSU did a good job of stopping AU
Combine that with a couple of unforced errors and you get the LSU game.

AU needed a ridiculous amount of bullshite that rarely ever happens to happen in order to get the win.

The game is 60 minutes.
This was a miracle. There's no arguing it.
You know what FSU would do to UGA?

Defensively? Nah.... Not really.
FSU is the team that better resembles most of the recent BCS champions than AU is.

I have been watching Auburn's offensive line shove people around all season. That isn't just belief on my part. They ran for almost 300 on Bama and will do the same against the Noles.
Or, do you think Jeremy Pruitt is a better defensive mind than any coach in the SEC with athletes far better than Bama?

So everyone outside of the SEC who is tired of seeing the SEC win the national championship thinks FSU will win? Color me shocked.

It was a first half shutout.
Playing from behind made AU throw the ball more than they are equipped to.
LSU kept them well under their average yards per carry.
They did a good job of stopping AU.

Ah, the old 'Bama only beats themselves' argument.
You do realize Auburn left points on the field also right? I can make the same argument the other way that AU should have won by more points.
There was nothing miraculous about the last play. Gus put the players on the field to take advantage of what Saban was doing. Nothing else.
Enjoy your version of events.

So has the Noles' Oline, and AU's defense is flat out bad. There's no way around it.
Again, FSU looks a lot more like the SEC team in this matchup.

They do have athletes far better than Bama on the Dline, and at the corners.

Vegas doesn't give a frick what conference wins.
This is the second time I'll post this. I don't expect you to change your mind as to who you think will win the game, but maybe you can at least get a clue as to why people expect an FSU win, instead of writing it off as people being haters, or whatever bullshite is floating around between your ears.
Why Vegas thinks FSU>AU
quote:
The point, as White or Fuhrman or Avello or anyone in Vegas would note, is not to knock Auburn. It's just their jobs to discover the true talent level of teams so they can predict future performance as accurately as possible, and that process requires cutting the narrative layers that harden on top of each magnificent victory.
"In the end, winning is the name of the game, but beating Georgia took the hand of God, and beating Alabama also took some luck," Fuhrman told me.
I would suggest you read the whole thing, and then maybe try not to get all pissy when someone expects the team that is the heavy favorite to actually win.

I will read the article when Vegas demonstrates a success rate greater than 25% with regards to Auburn's performance. Throwing a dart at a board would have probably yielded the same performance.
We'll see what happens on 1/6. Merry Christmas.

Logic and reason bumming you out?
Don't get mad.
Just trying to illustrate why people see AU as the underdog..... That it's not just because they are "haters".
